There are dozens of arguments being made -- throwing whatever they can at the wall to see what sticks. I re-typed a bit of the article, which probably didn't even have all the detail.

The upshot is that the Sec. of State, the Secretary's General Counsel, and the Director of the Division of Elections say the ballot was legal.
