bambs, just saw Bill Seidman on cnbs and he specifically mentioned CSCO as being overvalued. Also, was listening to cnbs saying "Dells report just verified what the market already knew...that pc sales were slowing". When did they say on cnbs that pc sales were slowing? They only hype them.

Now as to the 2800 .... I see they are starting to use TA since their BS FA has failed. What a JOKE.

Do you know what I find just completely laughable....CNBC's call that 2800 on the nas is the "rock bottom" this kind of talk will help to convince the little guy to ride this market down while the Michael Dell's of the world continue to unload. So sad...

bambs,

This is laughable. "Rock bottom" is a myth, there is no such thing. If I were to guess a hypothetical rock bottom on the Naz, I would say 300-400. I don't even think this level will be hit, but at that point it would be a good bet things can't go lower unless there is some type of natural disaster.

BTW- Why don't you ever post on the Clown Free Zone? It is one of the few threads on SI where the posters aren't looking through rose colored glasses. Most of the posters are accountants, lawyers, hedge fund managers, and general investors that understand the fragile state of the economy and the damage that the Clinton regime has done to the economy. No surprise, Gary has been banned from posting there.
