i believe it is a bear market...except too many people are in denial phase...cash in mutual funds is at an all time low....ipo are drying up....dot cons are starting to go out of business.....and top co. officials have been filing to sell large blocks of shares all year....now we have no guidence by analysts because of the new rule and quarterly earnings will have a barrage of warnings again....if redemptions or a flight of foreign capital hits the market everyone will admit we are indeed seeing a bear market. hell if an active investor breaks even in this market he's doing good!!!
