They could count votes a hundred times and not get the same results twice.

The current debate takes place within the margin of error for the process of executing an election.

And it will rapidly spread outside Florida's borders.

There can be no, will be no satisfactory solution - though it will be concluded.

Let's keep the recount changes in perspective. They found an additional 3000 or so votes out of nearly 6 million. That's 1/20 of 1%. Even counting in the 19,000 thrown out is less than 4/10 of a %.
