Limtex, the reason for the relatively inactive board may have something to do with a lack of any stunning news, such as the outcome of the patent suit against Lexar. I don't expect to see much news until perhaps the end of December. If it goes in favor of SNDK, as most of us believe, the stock will take off at least similar to the way QUALCOMM moved last Friday after the European Patent Office affirmed three QCOM patents that had been challenged by Nokia.

One should also note pressure on all semiconductor stocks on account of the recent downgrading of Intel. This hurts the entire technology sector and even reduces the amount of comments from analysts and portfolio managers that one would ordinarily expect in regard to semiconductor and technology stocks. Maybe that lack of interest is a good thing for investors who want to buy shares at bargain prices.
