11/18 or 12/18, i am not sure you will have 50 states sending electors to vote.

I just read something interesting. If the Florida vote is prevented from being certified by the court and it is not certified by 12/17, Fla would not be able to send its electors to the electoral vote. The 12th amendment does not require that all of the electors be present for this vote. Therefore, it is possible, even if it is only remote, that the electoral vote could represent only 49 states and be official.
