He had 24 years to disclose it and take public responsibility for it. He didn't. So you want that he should get a medal for his silence on this record to go along with your award to him for his great honesty and integrity admitting something he couldn't deny?

You might want to get your facts straight about this alcoholic dope. In fact, when asked by a Dallas reporter in 1998 if he had ever been "arrested" as a result of his drug and alcohol binges he answered in true Clintonian form that "he'd done things he regretted". Call that the truth?

It was only when the press got word about his arrest and actually looked up the public record that he "admitted" it. Wow, that took real courage...
