Hi PAT: In the off chance you were trying to reach me with your question, here goes. Yes, the alert filters did become disabled at the beginning of October, shortly after I changed to the hyperfeed. I was overall satisfied with the product and commend it for consideration. I too noted a drop in the quality of tech support as my favorite support person Greg Cook [and other senior tech people] were drawn into the new upgrade effort. I simply asked for him when the initial tech support call produced no result. FWIW, I have not renewed the service and currently haven't any plans to go back. Rgds Comp
