Clinton doesn't need to be convicted. He admitted it. In fact, it was so obvious a judge fined him $90,000 and held him in contempt then referred the matter to the Ark. Professional Discipline Panel. He will soon be disbarred. He will be indicted when he leaves office and since he failed to contest the contempt citation, he will be convicted. JLA
