I live in Cook County Illinois. It has been controlled by the democrat machine for decades. We also have punchcard voting systems. New York City, controlled by Democrats most of the past few decades, has voting machines. PB County, controlled by democrats has punch cards. They are comfortable knowing how to game the system with these machines. So they don't want to change. Don't blame republicans.
