the point alludes you. recounting AGAIN in 4 democratic strongholds... where does it end? eventually they'll find their 328 votes. then what? recount ballots by hand in 4 republican strongholds? then bush will be back in teh lead. tehen more and more counties; then off to iowa, new mexico, oregon, wisconsin. and whoever is behind then can ask for another recount. and the # will change again cause little msitakes will happen each count. this is why you don't open the can of worms to begin with. bush would have conceded to gore if the situation were reversed- just like nixon and ford did. gore is a POS. we're heading down a slippery slope and it's going to get increasingly more difficult to stop. only one person can stop this- al gore.

"...that the election can't be certified till the 17th so what's the hurry? Relax."

Here, Here! Why can't everyone just chill out? Let Florida, Wisconsin, New Mexico, Iowa and Oregon all count and recount and wait for absentee ballots. We'll get the final totals by Dec. 18th.

The media is partly at fault for all the inflammatory verbiage being thrown out, "election fiasco" and "election scandal" I've heard today. So far the process is working just as intended, if you judge by what's actually happened, not the political hot air.

( The ballot issue will get laughed out of court, if it even gets that far. )
