The 19,000 spoiled ballots were re-voted, not double punched.

It was reported today by Mary Matalin (wife of James Carville)

Here is a link to the article I read on SI

The winner is the loser and the loser is the winner. Gore is creating discord for Bush before taking office.

An old card game my friends and I use to play -Boss and underboss.

Played with as many players as the number of cards a 3-to-5 card hand will allow. Each player purchases a drink (beer, wine, booze etc) -The pot.

The person with the highest hand (the boss) and the person with the lowest hand (the underboss) had to split the drinks -The pot.

The boss (the pot winner) could give a drink to any other player but only with the underbosses approval. If the underboss did not approve of any of the bosses selected drinkers the boss had to drink all of the booze himself.

Usually works best when the boss/underboss are arch enemies. Needless to say the boss (the winner) was not always the best position to be in, but the underboss (the loser) was.

Bush may get so drunk with victory he may have to stagger for the next four years.
