Hi Tim - you may be right. There is indeed a lot of logistics involved. That said, I don't think prudence was the intent. According to the talking heads, that seems to be the pattern. One offers an illustration. She has been told by the insiders that he WILL win the primary, he WILL win at least 320 and now he WILL be the next President. I guess Safe Habor is not a particular issue in politics as in PR from companies :)! She used the term eventual inevitability, or something like that. It sounds like "manifested destiny" to me :) Personally, I am beginning to take this in with amusement. However, I understand I don't have the larger than life texan culture --- even though I ve kicked around a bit in the southwest in my youth, and I sort understand the mentality --- but this sort of preannouncement is quite unnecessary, even if they begin quietly set things into motion best, Bosco
