FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

E.DIGITAL CORPORATION RELEASES SUMMARY OF ANNUAL SHAREHOLDERS MEETING
(SAN DIEGO, CA – November 10, 2000) – e.Digital Corporation (OTC: EDIG), a global provider of comprehensive digital product development and designs, held its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders yesterday in Escondido, California. This release summarizes the company’s presentation to shareholders. Please see the end of the release for a direct link to the company’s site where a full copy of President and CEO Fred Falk’s presentation is published.

The company unveiled and demonstrated the Merit MP2000 Internet music player product, which was recently launched to consumer markets in Korea by licensee Maycom Co. Ltd., Korea. President Fred Falk also demonstrated the Limited Edition MP2000 QDX Internet music player, which OEM customer QDesign will be unveiling at the Webnoize show being held November 13-14 in Los Angeles. These showcase units will reach executives in the recording industry, consumer electronics industry, and the press.

In addition, the company premiered its digital jukebox player for OEM customer Remote Solution/HanGo. The product, now named Treó (“tray-oh”), contains a 6.4 Gigabyte miniature, internal hard drive which holds up to 2,000 songs and easily fits in a shirt pocket. The company announced that Hy-Tek Industries, the sales and distribution network for Remote Solution, will publicly unveil Treó next week in Las Vegas at COMDEX, where the Treó has been nominated for Best in Show honors. e.Digital will have representation at Hy-Tek’s booth in the Sands Convention Center.

The company also revealed a design for an Internet music player product featuring miniature, removable optical storage discs from Boulder, Colorado-based DataPlay. The DataPlay discs can store 500 MB of music, video, graphics, and other content on a disc about the size of a quarter and will retail for less than ten dollars.

Mr. Falk stated that the company has been working closely with DataPlay and a number of OEM customers to develop MicroOS-based product designs incorporating DataPlay’s optical storage technology. DataPlay’s technology will be formally launched at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES 2001) in Las Vegas, January 6-9 in an 8,000 square foot Partners’ Pavilion. Mr. Falk added that e.Digital will showcase MicroOS-enabled OEM products supporting DataPlay in the Pavilion. Two of these products are being developed by e.Digital under contract for a global consumer electronics company, and are scheduled to be officially unveiled at CES 2001.

The company also announced that it has retained Volan Design, with offices in Boulder, Colorado, and Palo Alto, California, for its corporate branding and identity program. The company launched its new web site, created and designed by Volan, before yesterday’s meeting. The web site is located at edig.com and features e.Digital’s succinct new marketing message, “Smart Solutions for a Digital World”. In addition to the new web site, the company’s corporate branding is being enhanced through new collateral materials, increased media exposure, and significant representation at upcoming industry trade shows.

Aus - Thank goodness for some posts, yesterday and
Thursday were two of the most miserable days I can remember.

Is the CNET list an improvement over previous lists? I wonder if CF is in fact going to remain the dominant part of SNDKs sales going forward? The MLC products are going to be very interesting and I hope we've got some good IPR in the MLC technology and the flash method ( you know that NAND/AND stuff that I've never quite understood)

Best regards,

L
