David, I would also add that the uncertainty with the election is what is causing most of declines in the tech stocks. I don't buy the Cisco or Dell being catalysts ideas that get tossed around by CNBC. It was the election that caused the selloff, IMHO. People have gotten a lot more nervous about holding tech stocks, especially the higher PE ones. That does not mean I think they are headed down; it just means that I am not going to try to figure them out just yet.
