Brian, I'm sure that most of the judges in Palm Beach County are Democrats, and the ones that aren't are Republicans. Should they all recuse themselves? No, if this judge didn't enjoin the certification, some other judge would have. The only thing that can stop this country from getting torn in half is for Gore to come to his senses over the weekend and issue a statement that he believes that lawsuits are not in the best interest of the country, and that he will abide by the election once the counting is done. That is the only way it can end without this country being divided. Otherwise I can envision legal maneuvering of all kinds, and a president that half the country refuses to obey, or worse yet, two separate people who claim to be president. Nothing good can come of this. Carl
