I am not sure you can read anything into the Judge's ruling, Florida cannot certify any results until next Friday, at the earliest, officially they have to wait 10 days for the absentee ballots to be received which would be by my count, November 17, 2000, at 8pm est.

Yes, A Judge who's husband was appointed to a political office by the Clinton administration and who(the Judge) is a contributor to the Gore campaign. Now there's an unbiased Judge if ever I saw one!

Do you think you are stretching a bit here ? My understanding of your legal system(which should be very similar to mine) is that anyone one can file a law suit and the hearing on Tuesday are supposed to be a preliminary one to consider if it should be throw out or a full trial is needed. I don't think it reflect any seriousness at all.
