I'm sure that another box of ballots is destined to surface. Sounds like Chicago in 1960 (or the valley in South Texas- see LBJ stomping ground).

If they are going to do hand re-counts, what the hell are they re-counting?

What I heard was that they would look at all of the ballots particularly the counted as blank ones and the double marked ones. If these ballots have markings on them indicating a clear choice that the mechanical means did not detect, then they will be counted.
