<Constitution I see, is Bush trying to claim the Presidency before the votes are counted.

Has it occured to you how weird that is?>

It is not so weird, if BOTH parties have seen the absentee ballots, that would explain why Gore is suing and Bush is beginning to prepare for the transition, just in case he is declared the winner.

Personally, I am surprised by Bush's mature handling of the situation, and trust me on this one, I am not biased in favor of either candidate.

Re: "The only violation of the Constitution I see, is Bush trying to claim the Presidency before the votes are counted"

That's odd. A couple of posts ago you claimed Gore won the popular vote. How could he when the votes aren't all counted in California (1 million absentee votes still uncounted), Oregon and New Mexico?

The voting isn't over when you want to bash Bush but it is over when you want to give the popular vote to Gore.

You are consistently inconsistent.

Scumbria, <The only violation of the Constitution I see, is Bush trying to claim the Presidency before the votes are counted.>

Or Daley and his merry men of lawyers filing suit before the votes are counted?
