Well, I don't see Nasdaq 1000 anytime soon, but I would concur that unless we have a concession by Gore this weekend, or during next week, we're going to penetrate 3000 and likely wind up in the 2450 range before it reverses to the upside for a rally.

Tice has some interesting ideas, but he often seems to show a particular bias as he has for gold over the past several years.

And yes, the financial system can go to hell in a hand basket if the Fed is willing to permit that. But if the US goes down, so does the rest of the world.

And no one desires that (except for Tice and Fleck.. :0)
