RE: My perception point. At this point in time, the election has not been certified in any way shape or form...no candidate has 270 electoral votes. Today,Bush has been planning his transition team and considering cabinet appointments. Now, if Gore had been doing that, what would that have been called? Arrogance? Egotism? TG
