At this point in time, the election has not been certified in any way shape or form...no candidate has 270 electoral votes.

Today,Bush has been planning his transition team and considering cabinet appointments.

Now, if Gore had been doing that, what would that have been called? Arrogance? Egotism?

$200 an hour? That's what small time lawyers in New England get in divorce court or when you sue your neighbor <g>

More like $750 to $1000 an hour for those guys...
