Not so sure Carl.

Dole won absentees despite only 36% of popular vote in the state.
Remember, GW had Colin Powell and Stormin Norman in his corner along with a lukewarm McCain.

Cheney also was around during Desert Storm.

I'd have to think it is likely that the R's have the absentees.

But with only 900 votes officially separating them as I type, let's certainly count them and end this thing.
