But here is the question: If it can be left or right, can it be left for one set of candidates for President and be on the right for another set of candidates?

Here is a post that I made on another thread about the Florida law. The legal arguments do not depend on left or right for the ballot mark. the arguments are not mine but those of the squad of lawyerss for the D's that are down in Florida - opposed by a similiar squad of lawyers for the R's.
