At least you're honest about imposition of a double standard. Can I ask one more?

If Al Gore had a brother who was Governor of say New Mexico and that vote was close with complaints about the ballots, would Rush have been reaming Gore about tampering? Keep in mind, no one has been accusing Jeb Bush of impropriety.

I wonder why so many overseas military people didn't receive their absentee ballots or they received them too late....Democrat tampering comes to mind.

The ballots are shipped through the APO system [BTW, I'm a user of it], the military postal system. The US military, a hot bed of Liberal Democrats?

....partisan paranoia come to mind.

Edit: your other points fall into that category as well, e.g., Jesse Jackson showing up at any political event of national attention is a given; it's like the sun rising in the East; Democratic tampering?. That goes into the "off the deep end" category.
