The punch hole for Buchanan shifts entirely into the Gore/
Lieberman box if you look at the Ballot from a small angle
because the yellow punchhole line lays well below the white
pages with the candidate names. This is typical the view-
point of small (senior) citizens.

I saw several times on TV that the lines separating the
punch holes align with the lines separating the candidates
when looked at from a small angle. The arrow with the 5
points to the line separating the Buchanan and Gore punch
holes when seen from a small angle!

The small size of most senior citizens is a more likely explanation for their confusion then degenerated mental capabilities as suggested!
