And I bet you rolled your eyes and said "Oh sure you didn't", when Clinton said he never inhaled. but I have put forward my theory, which is that as a hard party- er, he is actually not sure if he ever did a line, and therefore is reticent because he does not want categorically to say no and have an incident be brought forward that can be proven.... This is doublespeak for his not being sure that he can get away denying he snorted coke?
