I did notice that Lev implied the discarded batteries were the result of the manual back end processing. But I'm curious what the situation is with the assembly line for which he quoted a 69% yield, as I recall, earlier this year. At the time he said he expected that number to increase, and I'd like to know if it did.

While Valence's position in the rechargeable market has now been greatly enhanced, it also looks like it will be some time before we see the fruits of all this effort in terms of the stock price. A substantial PDA or laptop order could give the stock a boost, especially if the general tech stock market is recovering at that time, but until we see a substantial increase in the revenue stream I'm afraid the stock will remain in its present trading range. Like our good friend FMK said, some of us certainly underestimated the time required for this story to unfold. Very much like a typical biotech, but patience will eventually pay off.
