Shaw I have no doubt that upper management is working very hard, and I am familiar with what they've accomplished. It is extraordinary. But if so many are already aware of it, how many buyers are there who have not yet bought? And I realize that mgt gets paid with equity and they are smart to take some of the $$ off the table. I also realize that according to the data we have so far, they have only sold a very small portion of their large holdings. But i am sure that significant selling by various insiders and funders continues each week, as has been the trend in past mos. So this may well hinder any major uptrends up in the stock for the time being. Victor
