FLorida ballot is within guidelines of state law

heard last night a CNN interview of state lawyer
dont believe all the Gore propaganda here
IT IS EVERYWHERE

no specific requirements that punch boxes must be to right of names
no specific forbidding of butterly ballots

the requirements are expectedly vague
the legal complaint will go nowhere

almost every single Gore Camp complaint is without merit

no Federal judge will overturn or adjust ANYTHING

errors happen all the time
double votes happen all the time
human mistakes happen all the time
lost ballots happen all the time
intimidation happens all the time
bribed votes happen all the time
false official advice happens all the time

WE HAVE LIVED WITH IT FOR OVER A CENTURY
WE WILL LIVE WITH IT IN 2000
but we may change toward a more foolproof system soon
we might put some of that $230 billion federal surplus to use

this is over... all that remains is for Gore to play it out... then find a graceful way to concede... Gore's risk now is not to enrage the entire Democratic Power Hierarchy

Volt, howcome you havent mentioned this Hierarchy lately ?
I sure will be

The "illegal ballot" has been determined to be FUD by even liberal media.

Don't need judges to impune our system. If Gore wins by one vote I hope Bush steps aside and I bet we can find one Republican voter who got screwed.

The law states double punch ballots to be invalid. They do not get to revote.
