I'll name a few things:
1. Allow parts of the national debt to expire as they mature
2. Push for permanent Most Favorable Trade Status with China
3. Help defuse tensions with North Korea
4. Led a massive bailout of Mexico in '95
5. Sent troops to Bosina, Haita and other countries and inspired confidence in America's foreign policies. (Most European, for example, would prefer Clinton over Bush anyday.)
6. Hired a handful of economic advisors to help maintain the longest economic expansive anyone can remember.
7. Need anymore????
