How could ANY reasonably intelligent person NOT understand that when Bush was asked last spring about arrests in his past, his answer of "I made mistakes" could be any other meaning besides a'yes'?" Geez a 24 year old arrest where he was stopped for driving too slow, and immediately fulfilled the requirement of the law by paying the fine is not even on the same planet as the "ice tea" defense. Bush has not lied.

Bush has clearly not been forthright about his record.

Just so we're clear, is it your belief that an aspiring candidate has an affirmative obligation to reveal in advance anything that someone else may later deem relevant?

The voters were apparently denied the opportunity to decide its relevance in Texas and nearly denied that opportunity in this election but for the civic mindedness of some Samaritan that brought the country's attention to it.

This does not sound objective. Are you being.... ?forthright? in your claims to be non-partisan?
