If Jeb hadn't recused himself you would be all over him for that. He has recused himself. What else do you want him to do? The law provides under these circumstances for a recount. That has been done. The law does not provide for a re-recount. There is no evidence that a hand count will be more accurate than a machine count. The repubs contend it will be less accurate than a machine count. I don't know. I do know that a statistician will tell you that with this kind of data you can count a hundred times and get a hundred different answers so you must stop somewhere.
