Out here in CA where I voted it was a very relaxed collegial atmosphere with laughter and conversation in the air. I live amongst lots of seniors, there was one girl reading aloud one of these convoluted State Propositions to an elderly man that he did not understand while I was in there. Plenty of willing help. Yes, there was a line outside and no, no one was hurrying anyone to do anything, quite to the contrary in fact.
