Selectric...it is not a "Florida" judge now..it is a Federal judge who happens to be in Florida, a technicality I know, but an important one as a Federal Judge will be empowered to consider and protect the broader US Constitutional Rights of all US citizens and not the narrower Florida issues that a Florida State District Judge would be required to consider. No matter who wins the election, it is best that it get to the Federal Courts at this time.
