Re: Cook County, 1960. we hear so much about.. From what I know about this,, The Dems stole votes for Kennedy. and the Reps stole votes in another part of the State for the Republican govenor.. Both parties sent representatives to the suspicious places and determined BOTH sides had done it.. And together they decided to drop it because egg would have been on both faces.. But of course, we hear only of the Kennedy steal because it was for the president.. I don't condone either side..
