Anyone? Milton Miller, the man that filed a federal suit and withdrew it when he didn't get the judge he wanted, should be looked at. I am willing to help if anyone has any information regarding his age, DOB, race,address, wifes name etc. Any such information is helpful. Please post if you have any information. Thanx... TG

The idea that a manual recount is somehow illegal or unprecedented doesnt wash. Section 102.166 of the Florida Election Code specifically authorizes it: "Any candidate whose name appeared on the ballot, any political committee that supports or opposes an issue which appeared on the ballot, or any political party whose candidates' names appeared on the ballot may file a written request with the county canvassing board for a manual recount. The written request shall contain a statement of the reason the manual recount is being requested." I imagine that the fact that Presidency of the United States turned on the outcome would constitute a reasonable statement of reason.
