John Bollinger seems really pumps up....... ......but there are question being asked about the structure/soundness of the system itself. In such an environment, portfolio managers sit on the sidelines and wait for sufficient information to transact. That passivity weakens the market and aggressive investors see that weakness and exploit it by selling and shorting. In doing so they create a multiplier effect, which amplifies the original weakness. This is a tough cycle to break and news good enough to break it seems distant at best. I fear that if we do not get some relief soon, the excellent October setup and positive
