In today's Washington Post(ComPost as the Republicans call the paper), Page A19, there is a scatter plot of the 67 counties Buchanan vote. His vote on the Y axis, Total vote on the X axis.

64 of the counties are bunched within small percentages of linear prediction. Broward and Dade were underperformers from what would have been predicted. But Palm Beach was almost off the scale.

Reform Party Senate candidates in Palm Beach received 1282 votes or .29 % of the vote, similar to what Buchanan received across the state.
