Re: "Too bad that Al Haig isn't around to help W take over the Whitehouse"

This is one of the worst examples of misquoting and taking things out of context one could ever find. The quote usually used to discredit Haig is: "I am in charge here", or "I am in charge here at the White House". In true liberal fashion, they neglect to finish the sentence. He said, "I am in charge here at the White House, pending the return of the Vice President", who was inroute. He never meant he thought he was in charge of the Country, only the staff at the White House, but liberals love to quote just half the statement anyway. It serves their purposes when the truth won't do.
