Fortunately you are wrong. Laws are frequently disregarded by juries when the law seems unfair or especially harsh. Laws that are antiquated are similarly frequently disregarded by the courts. That is our true system of law. But speculating on who won the pop vote is pointless until we know. It could be late December before we do.
