Selectric - when a manual recount is conducted, there is a VER SPECIFIC progress undertaken with both DEM and REP representatives present - is there something that scares you about this? Perhaps that dumbo No. 2 Gore will win over dumbo No. 1 Bush? The argument does not make sense.

Yes, or a bill gets returned a month later due to lack of postage----i.e. the self adhesives that don't adhere.
