There is ample precedent on determining what counts as a vote and what does not. Show me the law that states a vote is only good if a 40 year old machine can read it! I know this is the age of the computer but last I checked people were the ones who the Constitution gave the right to vote.

This is how the Gorons plan to steal the election. At the very least it will be fodder for more court challenges, etc. They must be stopped now! JLA
