Comparing Clinton's answering (which I did not witness, but even taking your account at face value) about Juanita Broaderick and comparing Bush's command of his thinking as to why he would want to file a suit in Federal Court to short circuit any further recount - no doubt because he is still ahead has no validity. Bush's move is part of a calculated political ploy. And he couldn't explain it. He wanted to rely upon James Bakers description only. This is sad that he cannot hold his own in explaining his decisions. The country should be concerned for his abilities.
