Yo, Id! If I track down the person who's been exchanging PMs with Apollo, will you agree to offer pro bono professional services? This person clearly needs help if s/he has no better way to spend his/her time.

OTOH I am on my way to Husky stadium to watch the Bruins and the Huskies. Unfortunately it is not raining, in fact the skies are blue. Maybe it will get cold. Love that bad weather.

Have a good day. Jim UW '52

the west palm beach veteran's day parade is over..it was very nice.
spoke with Gen Al Haig, the grand marshall, asked him to let Laura Bush know that 19,000 adults in palm beach county need her reading classes and program.

saw only one demonstrator...she ran up to us flashing a sign that read "we demand a revote"...i told her she should learn how to read before voting again.

listened to a local democratic elected official being interviewed on camera...he was saying...look! our party designed the ballot and approved the ballot prior to the election. i believe in one person, one vote, one time. butterfly ballots are used in many other states. i believe the ballot could have been designed a bit better, but it was legal by florida standards...the notion that something is unlawful because it is not perfect does not hold water...we are the majority party locally, we design the ballot, we can change it next time...but for now the people have spoken. we need to count the absentee ballots and declare the winner.
wow...did i agree with him.

i was also interviewed on camera...i doubt you will see it soon.

overall a beautiful fall day in a small town in south florida. Norman Rockwell would have loved it. i did.
