No, you are wrong. Bush's intent is clear. It is to freeze the election results which now favor Bush.

Bush's own people know exactly what the balloting and counting procedures are based upon Florida statute. In fact, and it is a fact, Bush's own people OK'd the manual examination and coutning of several hunderd ballots which were kicked out of the machine in Seminole County. They did so because it is authorized under Florida law. The result was an increase in the total number of votes for each canidate but 97 or 98 more for Bush in net. These were previously kicked out ballots. It is not the law of Florida that once a ballot is kicked out by the machine, it can never be counted. That is what the manual counting is in the statute for. You are wrong.
