I'll give you a 4 or 5 on a 10 scale for your voucher reply. One thing you never admit is that maybe the other side is "in the right" on the "issue." That just never enters your mind. There's always some lame excuse you cite ... in this case ... fear of going against the NEA. (But isn't that why we have secret ballots in this country?)

No, Michael, the reason vouchers went down the toilet is that the American public realizes that the answer to quality education is fixing our public schools ... all our public schools ... and not offering an incentive for people to abandon them.

Simple as that.

Vochers only got 30% of the vote because the people overwhelming didn't want vouchers.........Not so complicated

whatda want a recount as to the intent of the voters.

Those voucher people tried to convince the voters that it was about choice.....LOL........You got "choice" send your kids any where you want .....Just don't ask the taxpayers to pay for it! They lied constantly claiming that 40% of teachers send their kids to private school when it was really 5%.......They even never mentioned the word vouchers in their adds....
