Barry - "We are now in uncharted territory." We have a front row seat for a Legal "food fight". And it was initiated by the R's who said it was wrong to go to Court. But that is OK, except for the hypocrisy, because the Dems would have appeared in Court if they were, or are, unable to change the vote count with recounts. It is beginning to appear that the Dems have a better legal battle plan. In Phase I, they requested a recount and then manual counts within the deadline while the R's were trying to sit on their narrow vote count lead. It now appears that the time has passed for the R's to request a a manual count in places where it might prove to their advantage. It will be interesting to see what Phase II legal actions the Dems have in mind.
