Carolyn--I understand being against a re-vote. But why against a manual recount, especially when manual recounts are routine and part and parcel of an existing infrastructure within the state?

In 1994 Ellen Saurbrey(Rep) running for Gov. of MD demanded a manual recount and got one and her deficit was a hell of a lot more than 327(small block Chevy) votes behind her opponent, in a state that is far less than half the size of FL
