He knew something on Tuesday night after the state was declared for Gore and he got off the phone with his brother who told him not to worry. He thought the Dems would go quietly.

But, hey, if he wants to go to court to seek a federal judge to declare a decades old statute (one which is found in dozens of others states including Texas) null and void then so be it. He has the right to seek redress in the courts just as do the citizens of Palm Beach who filed suit. That's how our system works.
