People in appointed positions are more likely to be sympathetic towards the person/party who appointed them. Regarding taking it to court, are you aware that Gore's people have hired lawyers and are raising 4-5 million dollars for a bunch of people who won't take responsibility for their own lack of judgement and error in Florida? Kind of reminds me of when a drug dealer has someone else sell their illegal drugs. Everyone knows that it is the drug dealers on top who profit the most. They can claim they have not gone to the courts but that is a bunch of crap. Z
